Abstract
Tjoekir Sugar Factory was founded by NV. KODY EN COSTER VAN HOUSF TJOEKIR in 1884 and continued to produce sugar until the war world II. In 1925 the Tjoekir Sugar Factory underwent factory rehabilitation in order to increase production capacity by replacing several factory installation equipment. The main raw material for making sugar in PG. Tjoekir is sugar cane and materials supports include lime, sulfur, phosphoric acid (H3PO4), flocculants, foundation and biocide. Milling capacity at PG. Tjoekir in 2022, namely 4200 TCD. In the production process there are several stations in the sugar making process including: milling station, refining station, evaporation station, station cooking (crystallization), rotation station, and finishing. On the utility system in PG. Tjoekir includes water treatment, boiler stations and Electrical installations aim as a means of supporting the main process of a industry
