Abstract
PT Ultra Prima Abadi is one of the food and beverage manufacturing companies under the Orang Tua Group. During the Industrial Internship (PKL), the author was assigned to the Technical Division with a focus on production machine maintenance processes. Field observations revealed that the process of recording Work Orders (SPK) and Preventive Maintenance Forms was still conducted manually using paper or separate spreadsheets, leading to difficulties in tracking history, data duplication, and vulnerability to input errors. The objective of this internship project was to develop a web-based preventive maintenance data management system that integrates various user roles (admin, supervisor, technician, and section manager) to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in managing machine maintenance data. The system development method employed a problem-solving approach based on actual user needs. The system was built using the Streamlit framework as a lightweight and interactive user interface. For data processing and logic control, Google Apps Script served as the middleware, while Google Sheets was used for data storage. The system was designed with role-based features including input validation, multilevel dropdowns, tiered approval workflows, and automatic timestamp logging. The results of the system implementation showed that the recording and validation processes for preventive maintenance became more structured and accessible to all relevant parties. Supervisors could fill out and monitor SPKs, technicians were able to log preventive work results through validated inputs, and section managers could approve tasks based on verified work statuses. For future development, it is recommended to add automatic notification features and periodic technician performance evaluation based on historical data.
