Abstract
PT. Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise engaged in Manufacturing. This company manufactures Industrial Equipment according to orders from other companies. The problem that still occurs is that accidents that occur can cause additional costs to repair defective products, injured workers, and processing time which tends to be lost due to these accidents. The hazard identification carried out in the Assembling section consists of 24 risks, with each a high risk level percentage of 8% or as many as 2 risks, a moderate risk level is 63% or as many as 15 risks and a low risk level is 29% or as many as 7 risks. Recommendations for improvement are obtained from the results of risk control and are expected to reduce or even prevent work accidents occur from each hazard in each work process found. Risk control can be carried out by elimination, substitution, technical control, administrative control and use of PPE.
