Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the level of satisfaction of users of the UTAMA web application by using End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) so that website managers can get an overview of the level of user satisfaction and also as material for future evaluation. End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) is a model used to measure the level of user satisfaction. The variables used in this research are content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire filled out by 400 users of the UTAMA web application including 30 questions related to the five variables studied. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaire were processed using SPSS software. From the analysis carried out, it shows that 88.5% of users are satisfied using the UTAMA web application. And based on the F test it shows that five variables simultaneously/jointly influence the satisfaction of UTAMA web application users.
