Abstract
Tempe is one of the traditional foods originating from Indonesia where it is made from soybeans which are fermented using several types of yeast, tempe is very easy to find but the development of products with tempeh-based ingredients is still very minimal so that the development of tempe-based food products. At Sony Jaya UMKM will develop a product from tempe called bola-bola tempe and in terms of several aspects, one of which is increasing sales.
