Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi Persepsi Sopir Taksi Online terhadap Berita Kriminalitas Transportasi Online di Media Massa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori individual differences, yang merupakan pengembangan dari model S-O-R, Menurut teori perbedaan individu, individu�individu sebagai sasaran media massa secara efektif, menaruh perhatian kepada pesan-pesan terutama jika pesan yang disampaikan berkaitan dengan kepentingannya, konsisten dengan sikap-sikapnya. Teori ini menunjukan komunikasi sebagai sebuah proses aksi reaksi. Dalam teori ini beranggapan bahwa kata – kata verbal, tanda – tanda nonverbal, gambar-gambar, dan tindakan akan merangsang orang lain untuk memberikan respon dengan cara tertentu. Kita dapat juga mengatakan bahwa proses ini merupakan perpindahan informasi ataupun gagasan. Proses ini dapat berupa timbal balik dan mempunyai efek yang banyak. Setiap efek dapat merubah perilaku dari komunikasi berikutnya. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui permasalahan ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan teknik In Dept Interview ( wawancara mendalam) untuk mendapatkan informasi lebih dalam tentang permasalahan yang ada Hasil dari penelitian ini menurut peneliti, persepsi sopir taksi online terhadap berita kriminalitas transportasi online di media massa didapatkan hasil persepsi positif. Karena para informan sopir taksi online membaca berita kriminalitas tentang transportasi online di media massa sebagai bentuk menambah pengetahuan dan informasi. Hal itu dilakukan sebagai bentuk menyiapkan tindakan preventif dan menjadi lebih waspada. Kata Kunci : Persepsi, Kualitatif, Sopir Taksi, Beita Kriminalitas, Transportasi Online The purpose of this study is to determine perceptions of Online Taxi Driver's Perception of Online Transport Crime News in Mass Media. This study uses the theory of individual differences, which is the development of the S-O-R model. According to the theory of individual differences, individuals are effectively targeted by the mass media, paying attention to messages especially if the message conveyed is related to their interests, consistent with their attitudes. This theory shows communication as a reaction action process. In this theory assume that verbal words, nonverbal signs, images, and actions will stimulate others to respond in a certain way. We can also say that this process is a transfer of information or ideas. This process can be reciprocal and has many effects. Any effect can change the behavior of the next communication. While the method used to find out this problem is descriptive qualitative. By using In Dept Interview technique (in-depth interview) to get more information about the problem The results of this study, according to researchers, the perception of online taxi drivers to news online transport crime in the mass media obtained positive perception results. Because the informants of the online taxi driver read the crime news about online transport in mass media as a form of adding knowledge and information.
