Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Agent Xavier Marks Surabaya .Penelitian ini menggunakan Studi Deskriptif Kualitatif STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN AGENT XAVIER MARKS SURABAYA. Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pengamatan, dan studi dokumen. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan President Director perwakilan dari owner sebagai key informan, Agent Xmarks Cab. Dharmahusada serta dari customer untuk menguji keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN AGENT XAVIER MARKS SURABAYA.Xavier Marks sendiri menggunakan STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN AGENT XAVIER MARKS SURABAYA, secara garis besarnya sendiri terdiri dari Bauran Pemasaran, Bauran Komunikasi Pemasaran ( Marketing mix and Marketing Communication mix) Dan Intergrated Marketing Commuications. Kata Kunci :Komunikasi Pemasaean, Xavier Marks, Elemen komunikasi pemasaran The purpose of this research is to know Marketing Communications Strategy Agent Xavier Marks Surabaya. This research using Qualitative Descriptive Study of MARKS SURABAYA AGENT COMMUNICATION MARKETING STRATEGY. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document studies. Data collected through in-depth interviews with the President Director representative of the owner as key informant, Agent Xmarks Cab. Dharmahusada and from customer to test the validity of data. The results of this study indicate that MARKS SURABAYA.Xavier Marks MARKS AGENT COMMUNICATION STRATEGY using MARKS SURABAYA AGENT MARKETING COMMUNICATION STRATEGY, in general, consists of Marketing Mix, Marketing Mix and Marketing Communication mix and Intergrated Marketing Commuications.
