Abstract
The importance of human resource management can provide progress and survival of an institution. Special attention to sources Human resources are naturally given an institutional leader in view human resources to be more than just assets and make employees, partners at work. This research has the aim of knowing the influence of leadership and communication on employee performance in regional drinking water company (PDAM) of Bojonegoro Regency. The research method used is quantitative method. This research using a sample of 59 respondents. Determination of respondents selected by using the Probability Sampling technique which gives the same opportunity for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a sample by the method Simple Random Sampling. The data used are primary and secondary data, while the analytical technique used in this study is Past Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of this study, it is known that leadership and communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the regional drinking water company (PDAM) of Bojonegoro Regency.
