Abstract
The use of Information Technology (IT) is growing, including in government. The government archives service is now an urgency to see how business processes in an organization must be documented to save the value of information in the organization's business processes. Tata Naskah Dinas Elektronik (TNDE) was created by the East Java provincial government to support business processes in the East Java provincial government. However, in its implementation there are several obstacles that affect the business process activities carried out. For this reason, this Field Work Practice is intended to design a measurement tool to measure the level of capability in the East Java TNDE using the Cobit 5 standard, especially the Build, Acquire and Implement 06 and 07 or BAI06 and BAI07 processes. The results of this study are a tool for measuring the level of IT capability in the form of a working paper based on the Process Assessment Model on Cobit 5 domains BAI06 and BAI07. With the design of this measurement tool, it is hoped that problems that occur and recommendations for improvement of these problems so that the business processes that are carried out are in line with the objectives the business the company wants.
