Abstract
ABSTRACT The Madiun City Government is fostering local economic development through the development of urban areas. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Pahlawan Religi Center (PRC) regarding the local economy and to determine priority strategies for enhancing the program's success. A descriptive quantitative approach utilizing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was employed, based on criteria such as community income, employment opportunities, MSME growth, and the area's economic appeal. The strategic alternatives analyzed included infrastructure, job skills training, and capital access. The results indicate that the PRC contributes to stimulating economic activity among the community and MSME players. The top-priority strategy is infrastructure strengthening, followed by capital access and job skills training.
