Abstract
Job satisfaction is a key aspect of human resource management as it relates to employee comfort, morale, and engagement in their work. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational communication and work motivation on the job satisfaction of marketing employees at PT. Agrodana Futures Surabaya. The research employs a quantitative approach with marketing employees of PT. Agrodana Futures Surabaya as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method via SmartPLS software. The results indicate that organizational communication plays a role in enhancing the job satisfaction of marketing employees. Work motivation also contributes to improving their job satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of effective communication and supportive work incentives in helping employees perform their duties and achieve company objectives.
