Abstract
This research aims to explore the influence of work discipline, communication, and work motivation on employee performance in the Marketing Division of PT Sun Star Motor Ngagel Branch. In this case, work discipline, communication, and work motivation are considered important in improving employee performance within the company. This research uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire to collect data, and the population in this research consists of 34 employees in the Marketing Division of PT Sun Star Motor Ngagel Branch. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, so all members of the population were selected as the research sample. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The research results show that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, as well as communication. In addition, work motivation also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These findings show that there is a mutually influencing relationship between work discipline, communication, work otivation, and employee performance in the Marketing Division of Sun Star Motor Ngagel Branch.
