Abstract
This study aims to analyze the social media management strategies of the TikTok account @mattdicx in delivering Artificial Intelligence (AI) literacy. TikTok has become one of the informal education spaces that is widely used by content creators to bridge the digital literacy gap in society. However, the complexity of AI technology can create barriers to understanding, low literacy capacity, and public concerns about the negative impacts of artificial intelligence. This situation encourages content creators to implement systematic social media management strategies as an effort to simplify technical information into applicable messages. This study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative content analysis approach. Data were obtained through content documentation and non-participant observation of 20 sample videos selected using purposive sampling technique. The analysis in this study uses the theory of The Circular Model of SoMe and AI literacy concept. Research results show that social media management strategies start with identifying the audience's practical needs for easily understandable technology solutions. The implementation of the four SoMe pillars found is related to simplifying technical materials, with strategies varying from problem-solving message curation, micro-learning packaging, consistency in visual identity, to asynchronous audience engagement. Delivering AI literacy on this account is understood as an easy way to grasp technology, building the creator's informal authority, and adapting to the rapid development of AI tools. This study concludes that @mattdicx's social media management strategy is not just about distributing technical information, but rather a process of bridging literacy gaps through management strategies that are use-value oriented between AI technology complexity and the audience's practical needs. Keywords: Social Media Management Strategy, The Circular Model of SoMe, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Literacy, TikTok, Content Analysis.
