Abstract
Advancements in financial technology have driven the growing adoption of digital gold investment platforms, including Pegadaian’s Tring! application. This study aims to examine the effects of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, and Habit on Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior among users of the Tring! by Pegadaian application. This study employed a quantitative approach using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) with AMOS 23 software. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 180 participants selected using purposive sampling. The findings reveal that Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, and Habit have a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention, while Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, and Price Value have no significant effect. Furthermore, Behavioral Intention and Facilitating Conditions have a positive and significant effect on Use Behavior, whereas Habit has no significant effect. The findings are expected to contribute to Pegadaian’s efforts to optimize service quality and develop the features of the Tring! application, thereby encouraging greater intention and use behavior toward digital gold investment.
