Abstract

High employee turnover intention has become a major challenge for organizations in retaining their workforce, making it essential to identify the factors influencing this phenomenon. This study aims to examine the effects of flexible working arrangement, career development, and work motivation on turnover intention of employees at PT XYZ. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that flexible working arrangement has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, while career development also has a negative significant effect on turnover intention and is the most dominant factor influencing turnover intention. In contrast, work motivation has no significant effect on turnover intention. These findings suggest that improving workplace flexiblity and career development opportunities can effectively reduce employees intention to leave the organization.
