Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and employee engagement on turnover intention among employees of PT. Semanggi Mas Sejahtera Tulungagung. This study employed a quantitative approach using a saturated sampling technique involving 65 employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results showed that compensation had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, indicating that better compensation received by employees leads to a lower intention to leave the company. Furthermore, employee engagement also had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, indicating that higher employee engagement is associated with a lower tendency to leave the company. Therefore, improving compensation and employee engagement can be an effort to reduce turnover intention among employees of PT. Semanggi Mas Sejahtera Tulungagung. Keywords: compensation, employee engagement, turnover intention.
