Abstract

Coffee is a strategic plantation commodity with high economic value, necessitating effective supply chain management to ensure the smooth flow of products, information, and finances. PT Graha Rejeki Indonesia, a processor of Giras Robusta coffee, faces supply chain management challenges specifically regarding production planning where discrepancies between planned and actual production result in financial losses. This study aims to identify supply chain network mechanisms and analyze Supply Chain Management (SCM) performance. The research employs the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model for performance measurement, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for weighting, and Snorm De Boer normalization. The findings reveal that the supply chain mechanism involves three key stakeholders suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers connected through product, financial, and information flows. Performance measurement yielded a final score of 77.984, placing it in the "Good" category; this indicates that while the company's supply chain performance is functioning well, there is still room for improvement. Among the 15 performance indicators measured, "Production Planning" and "Material Planning" recorded the lowest scores due to inaccuracies in demand forecasting methods. Consequently, recommendations for improvement focus on enhancing the demand forecasting system to boost the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the company's supply chain management. Keywords: Supply Chain Management, SCOR, AHP, Snorm De Boer
