Abstract
Surabaya City is an urban agriculture-based educational tourism area that serves as a learning facility, recreational destination, green open space, and support for food security. Evaluating its sustainability is essential to ensure that its functions and benefits can be maintained in the long term. This study aims to examine the management condition, assess the sustainability level, and identify the attributes that most influence the sustainability of the DKPP Mini Agrotourism Park in Surabaya City. The study employed a descriptive method using Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) analysis through the Rapfish approach, modified into RapTourism, across five sustainability dimensions: ecological, economic, social, institutional, and technological. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires administered to 20 respondents, consisting of 10 managers, 8 visitors, and 2 vendors. The results indicate that the Mini Agrotourism Park has been well managed as an agricultural educational tourism destination. The multidimensional sustainability index reached 74.33, indicating a moderately sustainable status. Partially, the ecological (87.16), social (87.18), and institutional (90.87) dimensions were classified as highly sustainable, while the technological dimension (57.74) was categorized as moderately sustainable and the economic dimension (48.70) was classified as less sustainable. The leverage analysis revealed that each sustainability dimension has sensitive attributes that should be prioritized in developing future management strategies. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for the Food Security and Agriculture Office of Surabaya City in improving the sustainable management of the Mini Agrotourism Park.
