Abstract

The mining industry generates large volumes of daily operational data, including production output, heavy equipment operating hours, fuel consumption, and field operational constraints. However, PT Bumi Gunung Abang still relies on a semi- manual reporting process using paper-based forms and spreadsheet recapitulations, resulting in prolonged reporting lead times, incomplete data records, frequent report revisions, inefficient retrieval of historical data, and the absence of an audit trail mechanism. This study aims to develop a web-based digital daily mining reporting system using the Laravel framework and the Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) methodology, which consists of the Inception, Construction, and Transition phases. The developed system includes modules for daily report submission with automated validation, supervisor verification, an interactive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard, master data management, report export in PDF and Excel formats, Role- Based Access Control (RBAC), and an audit trail feature. Functional testing using the black-box testing method across 15 test scenarios demonstrated that all system modules performed according to the specified requirements. Furthermore, the User Acceptance Test (UAT), involving 12 respondents, produced an average score of 4.33, indicating a Very Good level of user acceptance. The implementation of the system significantly improved the efficiency of operational reporting and supported data-driven decision-making at PT Bumi Gunung Abang.
