Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and the internet has driven various innovations in financial technology, one of which is digital wallets, which are now widely used as a digital payment method. One of the digital wallet service providers in Indonesia is OVO, which facilitates various digital financial transactions. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing user acceptance of the OVO digital wallet using a modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study employed a quantitative approach using the SEM-PLS method through SmartPLS 3. The research sample consisted of 449 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The results indicate that user acceptance of the OVO digital wallet is influenced by knowledge sharing, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived value, and perceived security. Among these factors, perceived value is the most dominant factor influencing users' intention to use the OVO digital wallet. Overall, the findings indicate that user acceptance of the OVO digital wallet is shaped by knowledge sharing, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived value, and perceived security.
