Abstract
This Field Work Practice (PKL) aimed to develop a web-based flight ticket booking platform called Flaizy as part of the Certified Internship and Independent Study (MSIB) Batch 7 program at Binar Academy. Backend development was carried out using Express.js to build the API and Prisma ORM for database management, with the integration of services such as Midtrans for payments and Socket.io for real-time notifications. The Scrum method was applied to manage the project in a structured manner, divided into three sprints covering registration, ticket search, payment, and notification features. The deployment process using GitHub Actions and Amazon EC2 ensured that the application could be accessed reliably. During the PKL, the team encountered several challenges, including payment gateway integration and the use of Git, but these were successfully resolved through collaboration and guidance from the facilitator. As a result, the platform was successfully tested through unit testing and integration testing, with API documentation created using Swagger. This PKL provided valuable experience in industry-based software development and enhanced the students’ technical and professional skills.
