Abstract
The development of the digital creative industry in Surabaya is showing rapid growth, marked by the growth of various startups in the fields of technology, design, and digital content. The growth of various startups in the digital creative industry demands a workspace that is not only functional, but also able to support creativity, innovation, and the well-being of its users. However, digital work environments that tend to be closed and lack natural elements have the potential to cause stress and reduce worker productivity. In response to these conditions, the design of the Digital Hub with Biophilic Architecture Principles in Surabaya seeks to create a work environment that is in harmony between humans, technology, and nature. The biophilic architectural approach is applied through the optimization of natural lighting, cross-ventilation, the use of natural materials, and the presence of green spaces that can increase comfort and connection with nature. This design is expected to be a productive platform for digital industry players in Surabaya, while providing an inspiring work atmosphere and supporting the balance between humans, technology, and nature.
