Abstract
The Field Work Practice (PKL) activity is a compulsory course for students of the Informatics Study Program enrolled at UPN “Veteran” East Java, which aims to apply knowledge into a professional work environment. PKL is carried out at PT Imersa Solusi Teknologi, a company in the field of Information Technology and Digital Marketing located in Nganjuk, East Java. The main project is to design a website for web development and SEO services. This project is motivated by the company's need to change its manual service ordering process (using Google Forms and Google Sheets) to an integrated web-based application system. The specific objective of this PKL is to follow the software design process and apply appropriate methods to assist in software development tasks. The application design and development were carried out using the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The Waterfall method was chosen because of its sequential, structured process, which is suitable for small-scale projects. The system was developed using the Laravel framework with MVC architecture, supported by PHP as the programming language and phpMyAdmin as a database management tool for SQL. The PKL stages included requirements analysis and design, UI/UX design, development, and testing. The result of this PKL activity is the implementation of a Website Development and SEO Service. From the user (customer) side, the system provides service information and order forms for SEO or Leads packages. From the admin side, the system allows transaction management, invoice data input, and functions to generate documents (invoices and receipts) automatically and in a structured manner. System testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method. Testing results indicate that all designed functions (such as admin login, form filling, and document generation) operate validly according to the system's functional requirements.
