Abstract
Public information disclosure in Indonesia is governed by Law Number 14 of 2008. In East Java Province, public information disclosure is managed by the Public Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID). This study aims to examine the implementation of Agile Governance in public information disclosure services based on SIKIPO (Online Public Information Disclosure System) in East Java Province. Leveraging technological advancements to deliver public services is exemplified by the public information disclosure system in East Java, which is administered via SIKIPO. The study employs a case study method, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation analysis. It applies the Agile Governance theory, specifically focusing on six principles: Good Enough Governance, Business-Driven, Human-Focused, Based on Quick Wins, Systematic and Adaptive Approach, and Simple Design and Continuous Refinement. The findings indicate that public information disclosure in East Java is managed by the East Java Communication and Informatics Agency (Diskominfo Jatim), designated as the PPID in accordance with the relevant official decree. Disclosure services are facilitated through SIKIPO. The design of East Java's SIKIPO is considered well-aligned with public needs, as it facilitates access to public information, simplifies the application submission process, and accelerates request resolution, ensuring that the maximum timeframes stipulated by regulation are not exceeded.
