Abstract
Sistem Manajemen Inventaris Tiga Jaya Motor is a web-based application designed to optimize digital inventory management. Prior to this study, testing had only been conducted manually using positive scenarios, without covering non-functional aspects or failure scenarios. Since the system is directly involved in daily operations such as sales transactions, stock recording, and report generation, comprehensive testing is essential to ensure it operates stably, securely, and reliably in the long term. This study aims to evaluate the system both functionally and non-functionally using the Automation Blackbox Testing method within the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) framework. Functional testing was carried out using Katalon Studio across three user roles: admin, warehouse, and cashier. Non-functional testing covered five aspects: performance (Apache JMeter), usability (Juicy Studio and Responsive Viewer), compatibility (BrowserStack), speed (Lighthouse), and security (OWASP ZAP).Functional testing across 150 test cases achieved a 95,33% pass rate, with 7 bugs identified in the product management, stock, and sales transaction modules, all of which were successfully resolved. Non-functional testing showed the system handled up to 150 virtual users with an average response time of 230 ms, a throughput of 25.8 requests/second, and a 0% error rate. Lighthouse scores reached 96 on desktop and 81 on mobile, the interface was responsive across devices, and no security vulnerabilities including SQL Injection, XSS, Server-Side Injection, or GetForPost were detected. Overall, the application of Automation Blackbox Testing proved effective in identifying and resolving bugs that had previously gone unnoticed.
