Abstract
The MSIB Bangkit program I participated in provided a very valuable learning experience, both in terms of developing soft skills and hard skills. In terms of soft skills, I learned the importance of ITL meetings as part of today’s industry needs, as well as how to work as a team to manage a cloud-based project. These skills were acquired through various training sessions designed to support job readiness in the digital age. Meanwhile, in terms of hard skills, the program provided in-depth learning through Google Cloud Skill Boosts to understand cloud computing technology, as well as the Dicoding platform to learn how to create and integrate APIs equipped with AI technology. The program also provided an understanding of complex work processes, such as how to define the services to be delivered and define roles and responsibilities within a project. For the “Pawon” capstone project, our team created an app that offers innovative solutions highlighting traditional Indonesian cuisine. This project aims to promote Indonesian cuisine while supporting local businesses by expanding their market reach. In this project, I contributed by designing a REST API structure using Node.js, which was then deployed on the Google Cloud platform. This allowed the API we built to be accessed by the mobile app development team, thereby creating optimal integration in the app development process
