Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes to the field of publication and digital content management. In the past, information distribution was done manually through printed media, but today anyone can share information quickly, widely, and in a structured manner through web-based digital publication platforms. One of the popular platforms among developers and technology writers is Hashnode, which provides a modern blogging service and supports automated publication through its API. However, manual article publication remains time-consuming and prone to errors. During the Internship Program (PKL) at PT Imersa Solusi Teknologi, a web-based system was designed to automate the article publishing process to the Hashnode platform. The system was developed using PHP for the interface, and integrated with the Hashnode API to bridge communication between the website and the publication platform. Users can upload an Excel file containing article data (title, content, image, tags, and publication date), and the system will process this data for either direct publication or scheduled posting at the specified time. In addition to the publication feature, the system also includes a simple suggestion form connected to a database to collect user feedback. The implementation results show that this system successfully accelerates the article publication process, minimizes input errors, and manages publication schedules more efficiently. Users no longer need to upload articles one by one, allowing significant time savings. Through this project, students gain hands-on experience in designing a web-based system integrated with a third-party API, as well as understanding software development workflows in an industrial environment.
