Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, confirmation bias, and herding behavior on the impulsive purchasing behavior of employees at PT Surveyor Indonesia Surabaya. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The study population consists of 129 employees, with a sample of 57 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection was conducted via an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 25. The results indicate that financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on impulsive purchasing behavior. Conversely, confirmation bias and herding behavior have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. Simultaneously, these three variables were found to have a significant effect on impulsive buying behavior.
