Abstract
The abundance of digital health content on YouTube has not automatically improved Indonesia's health literacy, which remains predominantly at low to moderate levels. This study examined the relationship between dr. Tirta's communication style in #SuaraTirta and subscribers' health literacy levels through the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) peripheral route. Variable X was measured using Norton's (1983) four dimensions Dominant, Animated, Open, Dramatic and Variable Y using Nutbeam's (2000) three tiers Functional, Interactive, Critical Health Literacy. This quantitative correlational study involved 100 subscribers selected via purposive sampling using a four-point Likert questionnaire (Cronbach Alpha = 0.892). Descriptive results showed that 95.58% of respondents rated dr. Tirta's communication style as very high and 92.04% demonstrated very high health literacy levels. Spearman Rank correlation yielded rs = 0.417, Sig. < 0.001, confirming Ha a significant positive relationship with low strength was found, consistent with ELM's peripheral route prediction.
