Abstract
The objective of this study is to examine and analyze the effects of financial capability, intellectual capital, and digital payments on the performance of microenterprises in Surabaya. This study employs a quantitative approach using primary data. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire. The population for this study consists of 1,154 microenterprise owners located at the Culinary Tourism Center (SWK) in the city of Surabaya. This study employed a cluster random sampling technique with a sample size of 182 microbusiness owners, which exceeded the required minimum sample size. Data analysis employed the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) model using SmartPLS version 4 software. The results indicate that financial capability, intellectual capital, and digital payments have a positive and significant impact on the performance of microenterprises in Surabaya. These findings suggest that improvements in financial management, the utilization of intellectual capital, and the adoption of digital payments can support enhanced performance among microenterprises.
