Abstract

Social media has developed rapidly and encouraged companies to use digital platforms to communicate with consumers. One of the methods used is TikTok Live. Bening’s Clinic Surabaya also utilizes this feature to promote its services, provide education, and interact directly with consumers. This study aims to determine how Bening’s Clinic Surabaya uses TikTok Live to build consumer interest and trust. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Bening’s Clinic Surabaya implements a marketing communication strategy that combines promotion, education, and interactive communication with audiences through TikTok Live. Direct interaction between the host and the audience increases consumer engagement and trust in Bening’s Clinic Surabaya services. The use of a soft selling approach and relaxed delivery of information also makes audiences feel more comfortable during the live session. However, several obstacles were found, such as network problems and the large number of comments that could not all be answered. Nevertheless, TikTok Live has proven to be effective as a digital marketing communication medium in building closer relationships between companies and consumers.
