Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of fintech adoption, financial literacy, and financial inclusion on the development of curtain shops in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 50 curtain shop owners in Surabaya City. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS with the stages of outer model and inner model testing. The research findings show that technology has a positive and significant influence on business development, literacy has a positive but not yet significant influence, while financial inclusion has a positive and significant influence on business development. Financial inclusion is also the most dominant variable in influencing the development of curtain shops in Surabaya. In addition, the R Square value indicates that fintech adoption, financial literacy, and financial inclusion together are able to explain business development in the medium category. These findings indicate that the development of curtain shops in Surabaya is more influenced by the ease of access and use of formal and digital financial services than by financial understanding alone.
