Abstract
Financial management is an essential skill that students need to effectively manage their finances amid increasing financial demands and evolving lifestyles. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, hedonistic lifestyle, and spiritual intelligence on the financial management of university students in Surabaya. The study employed a quantitative approach based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The sample consisted of 371 Accounting students from four public universities in Surabaya selected using probability sampling with the proportionate random sampling technique. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results indicate that financial literacy, hedonistic lifestyle, and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant effect on students' financial management. Among these variables, the hedonistic lifestyle has the strongest influence, while the three variables collectively explain 15.7% of the variance in students' financial management. This study concludes that improving financial literacy, controlling lifestyle, and strengthening spiritual intelligence can support better financial management among university students. Therefore, higher education institutions are expected to strengthen financial education programs while fostering students' character development and self-control. Keywords: financial literacy, hedonistic lifestyle, spiritual intelligence, financial management, university students.
