Abstract
Population growth, industrialization, and the reduction of green open spaces in Gresik Regency have prompted the development of the Cerme Biodiversity Park (Taman Kehati) as an effort to support the eco-green program. However, its management still faces various obstacles, necessitating the development of appropriate strategies. This research aims to identify the management of Taman Kehati, analyze internal and external factors, and determine the priority of development strategies. The research was conducted at Taman Kehati Cerme, Gresik Regency, using purposive sampling method on 4 respondents consisting of managers and field coordinators. Data analysis used descriptive methods, SWAT, and AHP. The research results indicate that the management of the park has included planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The main strengths include the land area, legality, and potential of the local ecosystem, while the main weaknesses are budget constraints, irrigation, and human resources. The SWAT analysis places Taman Kehati in Quadrant II (ST strategy), while the AHP shows the strategic priorities as institutional strengthening and partnerships. It is recommended to enhance multi-stakeholder collaboration, optimize funding, and strengthen community participation to support sustainable management.
