Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Desa Mulyoagung, Kecamatan Bojonegoro, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that communication between PKH facilitators and PKH recipients is effective. The resources are competent, with sufficient experience and education, and the number of PKH facilitators does not limit program implementation. Dispositions demonstrate a commitment and good character in implementing policies for PKH recipients. The bureaucratic structure at the hamlet level has been systematically structured, with tasks and roles divided according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Overall, the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Desa Mulyoagung has been effective.
