Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of Green Financial Behavior and Green Entrepreneurial Orientation on the financial performance of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in Surabaya. This study used quantitative methods with primary data. The population in this study was all MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in Surabaya, totaling 51,731 business units. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling, resulting in 100 samples using the Slovin formula. The analysis and hypothesis testing technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that Green Financial Behavior had a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in Surabaya. Furthermore, Green Entrepreneurial Orientation also had a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in Surabaya.
