Abstract
Employees are an important asset owned by the company. Employee performance has a big role in the success of the company. Good employee performance can be influenced by the employee's intrinsic motivation, the compensation provided by the company and how the work environment conditions that exist around the employee's work. This study aims to 1) determine the influence of intrinsic motivation, compensation and work environment on employee performance, 2) determine the effect of intrinsic motivation, compensation and work environment partially on employee performance. The population of this study was 124 employees. The sample used in this study were 95 employees, using the sampling area technique (cluster sampling). The research data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that the variables of intrinsic motivation, compensation and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance. In partial testing, the intrinsic motivation and compensation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, partial testing of work environment variables has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia.
