Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price, and location on purchase intention and customer loyalty at UKM Emas Podo Joyo Gresik. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaire distribution to 100 respondents who are customers of UKM Emas Podo Joyo Gresik and have made at least two transaction. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 3 software. The results show that service quality has a significant effect on purchase intention with a p-value of 0.022 < 0.05 and on customer loyalty with a p-value of 0.024 < 0.05. Price has a significant effect on purchase intention with a p-value of 0.037 < 0.05, but does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty with a p-value of 0.165 > 0.05. Location has a significant effect on purchase intention with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, but does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty with a p-value of 0.499 > 0.05. Meanwhile, purchase intention has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. The structural equation in this study was also obtained for the variable Y1 = 0,209X1 + 0,252X2 + 0,501X3 and the structural equation in Y2 = 0.566Y1 + 0.291X1 + 0.192X2 + 0.095X3.
