Abstract
The growing business competition in the online grocery industry demands companies to understand the factors that influence user behavior in using applications, particularly regarding application usage, application ease of use, application benefits, application risks, and user trust. Inaccurate management of these factors can affect the level of user satisfaction and repeat purchase decisions on online shopping applications. HappyFresh, as one of the online grocery platforms in Indonesia, also faces challenges in increasing user satisfaction and encouraging repeat purchases to be able to compete amidst increasingly competitive digital market competition. This study aims to analyze the influence of application usage, application ease of use, application benefits, application risks, and user trust on user satisfaction and repeat purchases on the HappyFresh application. The method used is a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis to analyze the simultaneous relationship between variables in the research model. The results show that application usage has a significant effect on user satisfaction and repeat purchases, application ease and application risks have a significant effect on user satisfaction, and user satisfaction has a significant effect on repeat purchases. Meanwhile, application benefits and user trust do not significantly influence user satisfaction or repeat purchases, and application ease, application benefits, application risks, and user trust do not significantly influence repeat purchases directly. The simultaneous models generated in this study are Y₁ = 0.364X₁ + 1.23X₂ + 0.159X₃ + 0.103X₄ + 0.103X₅; Y₂ = 0.772X₁ + 0.195X₂ + 0.064X₃ + 0.031X₄ + 0.083X₅; and the simultaneous model development equation Y₂ = 0.778X₁ + 0.217X₂ + 0.066X₃ + 0.036X₄ + 0.084X₅.
