Abstract
In supply chain management, there are three main flows: product flow, financial flow, and information flow. The purpose of this study is to find and identify the three main flows of supply chain management in the project of manufacturing 12 sets of off-screen spray bars. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The data obtained are primary data through interviews and secondary data through literature studies of articles. The results obtained are the product flow flows from the vendor to the company and then to the final transportation to the client. Financial flow flows from the client to transportation and the company, which is then channeled by the company to the vendor. The flow of information flows through each link in the chain so that the flow of information runs in two directions. This research is expected to help the company ensure that every process implemented as part of this project runs well and appropriately.
