Abstract
The procurement department plays a central role in corporate strategy, as companies now spend a significant portion of their revenue purchasing goods and services. E-procurement systems face several challenges that need to be addressed to make the procurement process more efficient and transparent. One of the main challenges lies in the reliance on manual processes for vendor management and price quotations, which are prone to human error and delays. This manual process leads to a lack of transparency within the procurement department. The Keissoft Enterprise System is an ERP product from PT Keissoft Global Technology that focuses on meeting the needs of companies in the field of waste management. Keissoft Enterprise system has shortcomings in its procurement department, including the lack of a system connecting companies requiring procurement with vendors, which is still carried out manually. To address these issues, a study was conducted focused on developing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in the procurement module. This study used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, with stages including research data collection, requirements planning, RAD workshop design, which involves working with users to design and build the system, and the implementation process. However, in this study, the implementation process only reached user acceptance testing. The result of this research is an ERP system with an assessment process, allowing vendors to quote PR items published through the tender system.
