Abstract

CV. Kunci Mas, as a company engaged in the expedition sector, faces several problems in its operational processes, such as manual recording of delivery orders (surat jalan) and shipment data management, lack of system integration, high risk of data input errors, and limitations in reporting that cannot yet be conducted in real-time. This study aims to design and develop a mobile-based expedition information system using Flutter at CV. Kunci Mas. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which consists of the stages of communication, planning, modelling, construction, and deployment. The system is developed using the Flutter framework with the Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) architecture and utilizes Firebase services, including Firestore as the database, Firebase Storage for file storage, and Firebase Authentication for user authentication management. The main features implemented in the system include management of delivery order and goods data, creation of delivery orders, management of item details, and management of goods logs. System testing is carried out using Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with UAT results of 92.25%, indicating that the system is categorized as very good and acceptable to users. The deployment stage is performed by building the application into an APK file, which is then distributed and installed on users' mobile devices.
