Abstract
Advances in information technology have prompted many businesses to begin implementing digital systems in their operations to improve work efficiency and the accuracy of data management. Najwa Collection, a business engaged in the sale of fashion products, still relies on manual processes for recording transactions and inventory. This approach presents several challenges, such as inaccurate data, delays in report generation, and difficulties in monitoring inventory in real time. These issues highlight the need for an information system capable of supporting data management processes. This research was conducted with the objective of designing and developing a web-based Inventory Management Information System to assist in managing product data, sales and purchase transactions, and real-time inventory monitoring. The system development utilizes the Laravel framework on the backend, Vue.js on the frontend, and Tailwind CSS to support the user interface design. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which consists of the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment phases. The developed system provides various key features, including product data management, processing of sales and purchase transactions, inventory management at each branch, returns management, and the presentation of reports in the form of visualizations and data exports. Based on the test results, it shows. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which consists of the following phases: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The developed system provides various key features, including product data management, processing of sales and purchase transactions, inventory management at each branch, returns management, and the generation of reports in the form of visualizations and data exports. Test results indicate that the developed system demonstrates potential in supporting the management of product data, transactions, and inventory.
