Abstract
This Internship Program aimed to design and implement a scholarship dashboard and database system based on Power Apps at PT Semen Indonesia. The system was developed to support scholarship data management and study program selection by utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint technologies. The system development process began with requirements analysis, database design, user interface implementation, and feature testing to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy. The result of this project was a Power Apps-based application that includes features such as an interactive dashboard, data input forms, scholarship search filters, and automated workflows for sending notifications and generating administrative documents. With this system, the previously manual scholarship management process became faster, more structured, and less prone to errors. In addition, integration with Power Automate enabled the automation of routine tasks, thereby increasing the productivity of the administrative team. In conclusion, this system provides an efficient and effective digital solution for managing scholarships at PT Semen Indonesia. Recommendations for future development include enhancing data visualization features, integrating the system with other platforms, and improving system security and scalability.
