Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in Human Resources, causing all people to compete in anything to achieve their targets, including in terms of performance. In order to maintain the sustainability and welfare of the workforce, labor protection is a very crucial aspect. In the context of this protection, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is present as a solution to provide social security for workers. The purpose of this study was to determine how organizational climate, organizational commitment, and self-efficacy affect the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Abang Juanda employees. For this study, a quantitative approach was used with saturated sampling techniques and observations, interviews, and questionnaires used on each staff member, totaling 35. The results of this study indicate that organizational climate, organizational commitment, and self-efficacy all simultaneously affect employee performance. Organizational climate and organizational commitment do not have much effect on employee performance, but self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance.
