Abstract
The development of a sales monitoring dashboard was carried out during an internship at the PT Telkomsel Surabaya Branch to comprehensively analyze sales performance based on the company’s internal data. This dashboard was designed using Looker Data Studio to provide a comprehensive overview of product performance and overall sales trends by integrating data from sales systems and marketing reports. The analysis process includes processing raw data, calculating key metrics such as total sales and average daily sales, and identifying growth trends. The dashboard features interactive data visualizations, such as bar charts, pie charts, and distribution maps, which help the marketing team identify patterns and gain valuable insights. The objective of developing this dashboard is to enhance understanding of sales dynamics and make a tangible contribution to supporting Telkomsel’s business strategy. Regular evaluations are conducted to ensure the dashboard remains relevant and can be optimized according to the company’s needs
