Abstract

The Tactical Data Acquisition System (TDAS) is one of PT Infoglobal Teknologi Semesta products used to monitor the position of aerial objects in real-time by processing radar data from various sources. However, this system still faces challenges in terms of radar performance evaluation, particularly regarding data conversion from the .ctdr format and the objective and standardized assessment of position accuracy. To address these challenges, a simulation system for transmitting and scoring the positions of aerial objects based on the UDP protocol has been designed. This activity was carried out as part of the Field Work Practice (PKL) at PT Infoglobal Teknologi Semesta, a company specializing in the development of defense systems and military electronics. The system developed during the PKL consists of a mockup sender and a scoring app. The mockup sender is used to transmit radar data in real-time, while the scoring app calculates the position accuracy score of objects based on a heatmap reference of the flight path, sends the scoring results to the sender, and stores the data for further analysis. The transmission and reception processes run in parallel using multithreading, and the entire system was developed modularly using the Python programming language. The implementation results demonstrate that the system can efficiently and accurately perform simulations and generate analyses of the accuracy of object positions relative to the intended flight path.
