Abstract

Di tengah pesatnya digitalisasi ekonomi di Kota Surabaya, Generasi Z menghadapi tantangan besar dalam mengelola keuangan pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Financial Literacy, Social Influence, dan Financial Technology Usage terhadap Financial Management Behavior pada Generasi Z di Kota Surabaya. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 175 responden Generasi Z di Kota Surabaya yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 31. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan maupun parsial, Financial Literacy, Social Influence, dan Financial Technology Usage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Financial Management Behavior. Selain itu, nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh sebesar 0,563, yang menyatakan bahwa 56,3% variasi financial management behavior dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel financial literacy, social influence, dan financial technology usage, sementara sisa 43,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian.
