Abstract
PT Kerta Rajasa Raya Unit-Sidoarjo is a manufacturing company producing plastic woven bags and jumbo bags that still faces various issues in its supply chain processes. These problems include product returns, demand fluctuations, defective products, distribution disruptions, and delays in raw material deliveries. This study aims to design a Supply Chain Resilience strategy using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) approach. The QFD method applied consists of three stages of the House of Quality (HOQ). The first stage (HOQ 1) is used to determine risk priorities based on customer needs. The second stage (HOQ 2) focuses on identifying and prioritizing the causes of risks. The third stage (HOQ 3) is dedicated to formulating and determining the priority of resilience measures. The results of the study identified 25 resilience measures, with 5 ranked as top priorities: employee training, supplier risk management, collaboration among suppliers, preventive maintenance and repair, and production planning. These resilience measures are expected to serve as risk control efforts to enhance the company’s supply chain resilience in facing various disruptions.
