Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of price, product quality, and brand image on customer trust, purchase intention, purchase decisions, repurchase decisions, and customer loyalty among Sania cooking oil consumers. The method used was a descriptive quantitative method, where data were collected using a questionnaire administered to respondents who had used and purchased Sania cooking oil. A sample of 140 respondents was used. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), through data processing that included validity testing, significance testing, and reliability testing. The results showed that price has a positive and significant effect on customer trust, resulting in a regression of 0.729. Product quality and brand image have a positive but insignificant effect, resulting in regressions of 0.075 and 0.082, respectively. Customer trust has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, resulting in a regression of 0.833. Purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, resulting in a regression of 0.820. Purchase decisions have a positive and significant effect on repurchase, resulting in a regression of 0.814. Repurchase has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, resulting in a regression of 0.802.
